“Hi Mrs. Diane! My husband and I honeymooned in the Mess Hall October 2008 and I have been following your blog ever since! I wish we could MOVE to Tybee! I am so inspired there, to paint and write and make things! Most of all, I wanted to contribute a mermaid sighting! My sister and I were in Jensen Beach, FL last week and I saw this really wonderful mermaid! I think, like you’re sand sculpture, that it was meant to be a sea horse, but its a mermaid to me!
