Mermaid Tales: Inlet Breeze Cottage

The weather is still frightfull in a lot of places around the country, but we’ve had a great taste of Spring here on tybee Island! If you’re looking for a warm weather escape, welcome to Inlet Breeze Cottage in the heart of downtown Tybee! This sweet cottage is only two blocks from the island’s beautiful beaches, and is only one block from the wonderful shops, restaurants, and Pier and Pavilion of Downtown.

Inlet Breeze Cottage is a completely restored Old Tybee Boarding House, and was even featured in the January 2009 Coastal Living Magazine Guest Book article. With three and a half bedrooms, and two baths, there’s plenty of room for larger groups of family and friends. You will enjoy the extra large rooms, and the beautiful screened porch. The huge fenced-in yard is perfect for enjoying lazy afternoons. And, since your cottage is Fido Friendly, your pooch will enjoy it all, too! There’s a fully equipped kitchen. complimentary high speed internet with Wifi, and even a kareoke machine! What more could you ask for in a beach retreat?
Don’t wait another minute! Shake off the chill of winter and plan a trip to Inlet Breeze Cottage today!

We’ve stayed at the Inlet Breeze twice and happy to be booked for a July 2011 trip. We love this house – perfect for napping – close to the beach – and ice cream. We love Diane and her crew – it’s always an amazing visit – we only stay in Mermaid Cottages http://mermaidcottages.com

Here now! Last day — Sob! Hate to leave. Mermaid Cottages are super good hosts! Thank you sooooo much!

(***in fact, the whole town of Tybee has been great to us***)

  4. This has been a great experience–one of the sweet memories of my life. :) LOVE the cottage! The pictures don’t do it justice. They show how pretty it is, but not how comfortable and homey. It’s really going to be hard to say goodbye to it.

Thanks, Mermaid Cottages, for the home-away-from-home. :)
