We’ve been telling you about Mini Mermaid Getaways and we just found a weekend that’s perfect for Tybee Two Nights. Sometimes, the calendar just lines up two nights in a row and they’re too much fun to pass up. June 28th and 29th we have five of our most popular cottages open, so let’s talk and plan you a really super duper beach adventure!
Bluebird Cottage and Nest circa 1900 is an adorable vintage north end cottage. It has a wonderful screened porch with three bedrooms and a full bath in the main cottage and a separate “nest” cottage with a queen bed, a kitchen, a sitting area and a bathroom of it’s own. This little charmer is private and perfect for families traveling with teenagers.
Heron Hideaway has amazing marsh views and it’s just five short blocks from the beach. The third floor screen porch offers incredible views of the marsh. This special getaway is great for bird watching (and even dolphins in the wintertime!). You’ll have plenty of space to spread out which makes it perfect for families!
Paws and Paddles is a decorated cottage by the fabulous Jane Coslick Designs & Restorations. This pet friendly, north end beauty is close to Tybee restaurants.
Shore Leave is just one block to our family-friendly 13th Street Beach. You’ll enjoy Complimentary High Speed Internet and Wifi ( a brand standard at Mermaid Cottages), a large Plasma TV and a fireplace. Its wonderful large front deck overlooks Butler Ave.
The Shrimp circa 1962 is a hypoallergeric cottage that’s ground level and has a screened porch. It’s just three blocks to the beach through Memorial Park, which includes Tybee’s favorite children’s playground.
