Sea Star Cottage circa 1932 is a historic Tybee Raised-Cottage on the beach side Butler. It’s just one block from the beach and pets are welcome. You’ll have a fully fenced yard and a wrap around porch with rocking chairs.
Horsepen Creek Cottage & Dock circa 1949 is a ground level, four bedroom cottage that’s perfect for families or girls’ getaways. Imagine yourself on your own private dock directly on Horsepen Creek. Enjoy bird watching, crabbing and fishing right off the dock. This creek-side charmer is pet friendly, too.
Bluebird Cottage and Nest c1900 is an adorable, vintage north end cottage. It has a wonderful screened porch and there are three bedrooms and a full bath in main cottage. The separate “nest” cottage has a queen bed, kitchen, sitting area and a bathroom of it’s own. It’s private and perfect for families traveling with teenagers.
Maddie’s on Jones circa 1930 is a charming, cozy pet friendly and family-friendly cottage. It’s just four blocks from the beach and it’s filled with décor details throughout the cottage that depict the the history of Tybee Island and the Chu family. It’s has the cutest pink outdoor shower and a great outdoor area surrounded by live oaks and palms.
Doyles on the Dunes circa 1930 is a classic family beach house that sits directly on the beach. You’ll love the incredible ocean views, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There’s even an electric fireplace.
Rose’s Folie circa 1936 is a most unique cottage that’s full of vintage art and wonderful personal touches. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the North Beach. It’salso pet friendly and has a small fenced yard.
