Kayak/SUP Race and Sunrise Paddle

Kayak/SUP Race and Sunrise PaddleWe’ll be looking for y’all to join us this Saturday, August 22nd, for the Kayak/SUP Race and Sunrise Paddle! Soon, our next Surfers For Autism event will bring young surfers to Tybee from all over and we want this to be our biggest and best year, yet. Join us at 8 a.m. on Saturday at the North Beach last crossover for the Sunrise Paddle and then sign up by 11 a.m. for the SUP race that begins at noon with North Island Surf and Kayak. Top off your fun and participation with food, drinks, live music, a silent auction and a raffle at Bubba Gumbo’s, too!

The Coastal Empire’s Surfers For Autism Beach Fest will be Saturday, September 12th, and that’s when we’ll need you here to cheer on these young surfers.  At a Surfers For Autism event, young surfers are provided a safe, fun, judgement free environment where highly skilled surf instructors carefully guide them into waves. The surfers and their families are treated like rock stars and enjoy a day filled with a range of activities including stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, live music, face-painting, games and more.
