This classic family beach house sits directly on the beach and the sand dunes! Guests love its incredible ocean views. And, Atlantic 2 is located directly behind Atlantic 1, so this location is perfect for families and friends traveling together. Rent both and enjoy being right on the beach!
Are you ready for a Tybee Time that’s bright and cheerful and full of fun? Coastal Joy is a two bedroom, second story duplex on the south end of Tybee. It’s close to beach and completely newly renovated with lots of color and personality!
Located on the beach side of Butler Avenue, this family home is less than a five minute walk to the beach. It’s a classic Tybee raised beach cottage with an awesome front screened porch, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two outdoor showers and it’s pet-friendly, too!

Guests love this ground level, four bedroom, two baths cottage. It has a private dock that sits directly on Horsepen Creek Tidal Creek. Pets are welcome here, as there’s a fenced yard. You’ll enjoy an easy walk to the beach when you’re not birdwatching, crabbing, or fishing right off the dock!

Seacation is a wonderful, large family beach cottage located on the south end. It’s also on the beach side, there are no busy streets to cross. We can’t wait for you to come and stay here!
