Dutton-Waller Cottage circa 1938 has both weekday and weekend dates available in June. Guests love the wrap around porch with views of the back river across the street.
Located on the corner of 15th Street and Chatham Avenue, this historic Tybee raised cottage received the Tybee Island Historic Society Preservation Award in 2006 and was selected to be on the National Register of Historic Places.
Built by Mrs. Waller as her family’s summer home in the 1930’s, this beautiful cottage is only a five block walk to the main beach, three blocks to the back river pier, and it’s just two blocks to A-J’s Dockside Restaurant.
Other amenities include an enclosed back porch, a table for six , comfortable seating and it’s surrounded by whispering palm trees.
