In anticipation of a long awaited vacation to our favorite happy place we contacted a rental company we had used multiple times previously and did NOT even get a call back. We reached out to Mermaid Cottages. MC was wonderful to work with—eager to work with our time frame and budget. They found a perfect cottage for us! A lovely, quaint, and charming cottage with all of the everyday conveniences. Great communication from the start keeping us in the loop—they even called us to say the house was ready prior to the normal check-in! Their attention to detail is beyond measure…they left a thoughtful, handwritten note and gift in celebration of a recent retirement! MC was quick to respond to a very small glitch (coffee maker would not work)—a new one was delivered to the house quickly! We are already planning our next stay and will DEFINITELY have MC find the perfect cottage for us again. MC treated us like family and made our stay feel like home!
