Arrr-gust is International Pirate Month. Reserve Crabby Pirate circa 1970, a value-priced cottage located directly on the marsh. It has bright, beachy décor and great marsh views. Bird watching is terrific here, too.
August is American Adventures Month. Reserve Seawinns Cottage circa 1935 and life like a local on our island. This cute, ground level cottage is located on our main bike riding street and just a short four block walk to the beach. You’ll also have an easy walk to downtown Tybee island where there’s lots of local culture and fun.
August is Get Ready for Kindergarten Month. No matter which grade or level you teach, it’s always fun to approach life with a childlike curiosity. Keep everything Just Beachy in this adorable circa 1967 cottage. You’ll be close to the Back River fishing pier, the Alley 3 paddleboard and kayak launch. You’ll enjoy your play time on the very special screened porch, too.
August is Happiness Happens Month, so our Happy Ours circa 1920 is very happy indeed. It’s a classic, Tybee-raised beach cottage with an awesome front screened porch. It’s located on the beach side of Butler Avenue, so walks to the beach are very happy and easy.
August is National Crayon Collection Month and a stay at Rose’s Folie circa 1939 will remind you to always use all the colors in your box. This charming and most unique cottage is full of vintage art and wonderful personal touches.
August is What Will Your Legacy Be Month, so be inspired to shine as bright as the morning sunrise right on our main beach. Atlantic 1 circa 1930 is a classic family beach house that sits directly on the beach and sand dunes. You’ll enjoy incredible ocean views and awe inspiring beach walks, too.
August is World Mutt-i-grees Rescue Month, so pack your wags for a relaxing stay in a pet friendly cottage. Sea Biscuit Cottage circa 1949 is an adorable one bedroom, cozy cottage that’s pet friendly,too. It’s perfect for solo retreat or a couple’s getaway. It’s pink and perfectly whimsical!
