Fish Tales is a new Mermaid Cottage! It’s ground level and pet-friendly and just blocks from the beach. It has three bedrooms with Queen beds in each, brand new renovations and furnishings galore!
Seacation is a wonderful, large family beach cottage located on south end on beach side of Butler Avenue. Three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs and lots of bathrooms! There’s a garage underneath the house with a TV, corn hole and ping pong table. The large screened porch upstairs is where you’ll relax and listen to the ocean waves and feel the ocean breeze!
This classic family and pet-friendly beach cottage is just one home back from the beach. Guests love it’s large wrap around porch from which to enjoy the wonderful south beach, ocean views, and island breezes.
Horsepen Creek Cottage & Dock circa 1954
This ground level, pet-friendly cottage has four bedrooms and two full baths. Its private dock sits directly on Horsepen Creek Tidal Creek. There’s a fenced yard and lots of amenities. Guests love this cottage for birdwatching, crabbing, and fishing right off the dock!

This is a perfectly pink and adorable, one bedroom cottage! It’s perfect for solo travelers or a couple’s getaway! It’s just three blocks from Back River and six blocks from the main beach!
This pet-friendly, ground level cottage sits on Second Avenue, the main bike riding street. Pets and children love the large, fenced back yard. You’ll love the short, four block walk to the beach, downtown Tybee and lots of shops and restaurants.
This charming vintage cottage has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It has a delicious heated pool and a fully fenced back yard that’s perfect for pets!
This historic Tybee raised cottage is on the beach side of Butler Avenue and just one block from the beach. Pets love its fully fenced yard and you love the luxurious wraparound porch with lots of rocking chairs.
