This all white kitchen was featured in the Southern Living Magazine April 2009 issue as Kitchen-of-the-Month! This historic Tybee-Raised cottage was also a recipient of the Tybee Island Historical Society Preservation Award in 2006, and selected to be on the National Register of Historic Places!

The owners here lovingly commissioned a total renovation that paired this cottage’s historic charm with modern amenities like central air and heat, and a recently renovated kitchen with new, vintage-inspired appliances.
Here, you can conveniently park out of the weather with an entry door from the carport that opens directly into the kitchen area. The kitchen cabinets have been updated in a bright, beachy turquoise and aqua and the kitchen is fully equipped, including our very own Mermaid Morning Bliss Coffee!
The colors here make this a very happy cottage! It was even featured in a Coastal Living Magazine Guest Book article! It’s a ground level cottage and that keeps everyone happy as they enjoy indoor and outdoor fun.
