The 4th of July with Mermaid Cottages is always a cozy and happy way to enjoy America’s birthday. The independence day fireworks go off with a bang at dark, which is between 9:15 pm and 9:30 pm. The show is staged on the pier but is easily viewed from any of Tybee Island’s eastern beaches. Our cottages are not only cozy and happy, but they’re also patriotic, too.
