You can spend winter on the beach side of Butler Avenue just steps from the ocean. This large home has plenty of room to spread out, both inside and outside. You’ll enjoy being just two blocks from Downtown Tybee, the Fishing Pier, and all the shops and restaurants.

This charming pet-friendly cottage is located directly on a salt marsh tidal creek. It has great marsh views, a fenced yard, and outdoor seating for much bird watching. You’ll love this quiet, residential neighborhood.

All pets are welcome here! This historic Tybee landmark was originally built as a soldiers’ mess hall. Fully restored and preserved, it has a fenced yard and screened porch. This North Beach location is only two blocks from the beach.

Rose’s Folie is a unique cottage full of vintage art, and wonderful personal touches, and it’s pet-friendly, too. Located in the Logan Street/ North Beach area, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the North Beach.
