June 30-July 2: This is an adorable vintage north end cottage! There’s a wonderful screened porch and a separate nest cottage with queen bed, kitchen, sitting area and a bathroom of it’s own! It’s private and perfect for families traveling with teenagers!

July 4/5: This is an original Tybee raised cottage that’s filled with vintage charm, modern conveniences and ocean views. This newest addition to novelist Mary Kay Andrews’ beach cottage collection is named after the beach house in her NY Times bestseller Summer Rental!
Horsepen Creek Cottage & Dock circa 1949 Bedrooms: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Sleeps: 8 Pets: Dogs
July 4-7, July This ground level cottage is perfect for families or girls’ getaways! You’ll have your own private dock directly on Horsepen Creek where you can enjoy bird watching, crabbing and fishing right off the dock! It has a fenced yard and is pet friendly!
Fiddler on the Creek circa 1940 Bedrooms: 1 Bathrooms: 1 Sleeps: 3 Pets: Cats, Dogs
July 5-9, July 27-31: This is a true cottage, so only serious cottage lovers need apply. It’s small, charming, authentic, a place to relax, unwind and escape to a slower time. It’s pet friendly and has a covered dock directly on the salt marsh!

July 6/7: This pet friendly cottage has a large fenced yard , a screened front porch and a garden. The marsh views are perfect for our nightly, marvelous sunsets.
Sea Stars Cottage circa 1932 Bedrooms: 3 Bathrooms: 2 Sleeps: 8 Pets: Cats, Dogs
July 8/9, July 20/21: This historic Tybee raised cottage is on the beach side of Butler Avenue and only one block from the beach. Pets are welcome with the fully fenced yard and the wrap around porch is filled with rocking chairs!
A Mermaid’s Tale circa 1950 Bedrooms: 4 Bathrooms: 3 Sleeps: 9 Pets: Dogs
Here, you’ll find two wonderful master suites and a spacious, open living and dining area! There are TVs in every bedroom and there’s a wonderful outdoor shower!
