Circa 1946, this classic beach house is just 1.5 blocks from the beach. It’s newly renovated and decorated, making it ideal for families, Girls’ Getaways and more. The cottage sits on two lots with the front lot facing Lovell Avenue. This Tybee beauty is tucked in amid mature palm trees.
The cottage’s living room is all windows and it overlooks the lot and Butler Avenue. Yet, this lovely home is still far enough back from Butler to not have any noise. Please keep in mind the yard is not fenced in, but it’s still very pet friendly. The outside deck features a charcoal grill and there’s lots of outdoor seating.
Tucked Inn At Tybee also features complimentary High Speed and WIFI internet service, and an outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. The cottage is only 3 steps off the ground making this an easy access home for older folks or people with physical challenges. There is even complimentary off-street parking for 3 cars.
