When you think of a “beach house” you think of sleeping porches, white washed walls, and touches not found in your year-round home. Brooks Cottage is the perfect definition of a beach house! Accommodating 8 guests, this home is large enough to take care of everyone’s “alone time”, but to also have space to come together and enjoy each other. There’s lots of comfortable seating for talking and napping, and an outstanding kitchen for concocting fabulous fresh seafood dishes.
What an amazing home. There are views and then there are views. Not only can you watch the sun rise over the ocean, but you can also look back over the south end of Tybee and see the sun set. And, a full moon over the ocean is something you want to see! We have completely redecorated this vintage family home.
Good Times is the ideal home for a small family, single or a couple looking for a great location and great value. This quirky vacation apartment features the entire ground level with a private entrance. The fenced back yard is for your private use and great for children and dogs to play. A private outdoor shower right outside the living room! It’s ideal for pets and kids!
This quiet part of Tybee is close to the Lighthouse and North Beach. Ground level, fenced-in yard, tall ceilings and extra-large windows allow tons of natural light to pour in. This home has been totally redecorated and designed. The cottage now offers two full baths and an additional “water closet!” Layla Palmer of The Lettered Cottage was our decorator and even wrote an emagazine about her work. Visit her website for the details! It’s full of art from local artists and vintage finds, comfy furniture and best of all the extra-large screened porch with rocking chairs. Truly a southern charmer of a home!
Originally built in the 1930’s as a fish camp, this very basic fish shack has been completely restored and decorated with wonderful regional and local art. A featured home on the 2007 Tybee Tour of Homes. The cottage sits directly across the street from the marsh with sunset viewing at it’s best.
