Arrivals and departures. More than ever, our housekeeping professionals need the full time to clean our homes between visitors. As a result, we are not allowing any early check ins before 4PM or late check outs after 10AM. We’re sure you want you want your home to be as spotless clean as possible just as the guests checking in after you will. This does require the full cleaning time.
Supplies in the home. We provide a starter supply of Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. We do NOT supply hand soap or disinfectant wipes for the homes. We strongly suggest you bring both with you. The local stores do supply toilet paper and paper towels in the stores, but if you are driving, you might want to bring extra from your home.
Maintenance Issues. For any non emergency issues, our maintenance team will NOT be coming in the home while you’re there. Ideally any non emergency issues can wait until your check out. Any emergencies- AC, appliance, major plumbing issues- our professionals in these areas will come into the homes IF You’re ok with that.
