Mermaids in the Kitchen: Zucchini Lasagna

Everyone at Mermaid Cottages is just so excited about all the recipes pouring in for our Mermaids in the Kitchen Recipe Call! This week, Rob Sherbon from DeLand, Florida has shared his favorite recipe with us. Zucchini Lasagna!

“My mom used to make this at least once a week while I was growing up. It was always yummy and, between our parents and the four kids, there were rarely any leftovers! My wife and I enjoy making this when we have company because there’s always plenty to go around. I hope you enjoy it, too!” ~Rob in DeLand, FL

Thanks Rob! That picture has us hungry enough, we can almost smell it! We can’t wait to give it a try! And readers, make sure to scroll further down this page to get all the recipe information in one spot!

Do you have a recipe you’d like to share? Well please do! Send your recipes to diane@mermaidcottages.com (remember, pictures are always a plus!) and we’ll share your recipe right here in our Mermaids in the Kitchen post! We can’t wait to hear from you!
