We had a wonderful book signing a few weeks ago- Polly Powers Stramm and Janice Shay have written a book celebrating St Patrick’s Day in Savannah . And of course Janice is one of our favorite writers having written the luscious cook book on desserts in Savannah ( yes, the sour cream peach pound cake can be found there….) In addition to the book signings, we started our weekly raffle drawing for a home made sour cream peach pound cake as a fund raiser for the Tybee Bark Park. We raised $11 the first week, but then raised almost $30 the following week!
Tomorrow– Saturday April 11th is yet another book signing with our all time favorite- Mary Kay Andrews. She’ll be at the shop and signing books from 11AM- 1PM. PS- these bike riders were some visitors who have learned the Tybee way of getting around- your bike can take you anywhere you’d like to go!
