The Mermaids are all a buzz around here today! Our very first Mermaids in the Kitchen Recipe submission has arrived! That’s right; today, we are sharing a recipe sure to knock your socks off from one of our wonderful guests.
Lori Cumberledge, from Maryland, has shared her Layered Spinach Salad with us, and the picture has us drooling! Lori’s salad is extra special, too. It was published in the Taste of Home Cookbook back in 1997! This recipe looks heavenly, and Lori says it is the perfect choice for any summer cook out.
