In fact, Mermaid Cottages has added a new cottage to our collection and it’s going to make you feel great all over. Maybe that’s why we call it Sandy Toes!
This adorable, bright and cheerful single-story cottage is located mid-island and it’s brimming with vintage beach cottage charm. Just four blocks from the beach, Sandy Toes puts you within walking distance to Tybee’s Memorial Park with tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ grills, picnic tables and a great playground!
The open, spacious living area features a flat screen TV. Even though you’re here for the beach, you’ll find it’s a great added touch for when you just want to snuggle in for a nap.
The fully-stocked kitchen includes our famous Mermaid Morning Bliss Coffee. The Mermaids start you off with a starter supply in every Mermaid Cottage and you can also pick some up to take home from Seaside Sisters. Best of all, all proceeds from our coffee sales go towards sea turtle conservation.
Sandy Toes has three wonderful bedrooms. The master comes with a king bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom features a twin and a trundle bed.
This is a wonderful, pet-friendly home with a fenced-in yard. Also, it’s located near other Mermaid Cottages, which makes it perfect for extended families or groups needing more than one cottage. There’s even complimentary off-street parking for four vehicles.
