Enjoy French country Christmas inspirations at Tybee Tides circa 1930. French country Christmas style is very heavy on natural elements like greens and wood, as well as white and silver tones. This Mermaid Cottage owner always creates a joyeux Noël showplace for our guests and this year it’s plus belle!
Originally built in the 1930’s as a fish camp, this very basic fish shack has been completely restored and decorated with wonderful regional and local art. Tybee Tides has even been featured on the Tybee Tour of Homes!
The cottage sits directly across the street from the marsh with nature viewing at its best. Tybee Tides is right in front of Fish Camp Cottage circa1950 (they share a fence, even!) and A Shore Thing circa 1949 is behind and two houses over. This location is an ideal set-up for multiple families or groups of friends traveling together.
Pack your wags as Tybee Tides is pet-friendly with a large fenced-in yard. There’s also an upgraded gas grill for outdoor cooking!
It has the loveliest screened-in front porch for relaxing and watching the sunset.
This cottage hosts lots of family fun, girls getaways, momcations, mancations, couples retreats, microcations and safecations. Its three bedrooms and two bathrooms easily accommodate seven guests.
Ride bikes around the island, kayak the Back River, take a marsh tour, or just walk to the beach and collect seashells. Sunsets on the front porch of Tybee Tides call for a glass of wine to compliment the spectacular view and pink champagne when toasting the moon.
There’s even complimentary off-street parking for three cars, so send out the invitations for family and friends to meet you here.
