Blue Skies is pet-friendly with no restrictions regarding size or number of pets. The large side yard is fully fenced and there’s plenty of room for dogs to run and guests love the patio and garden seating. Enjoy this beautiful town house with a location that’s full of live oaks and other mature landscaping.

Cantaloupe Cottage is a classic Mid Century Modern island home built in the 1950’s and completely restored with Central AC and all modern updates. This ground level, pet-friendly home features large fully fenced back and side yards with views of the Back River and 1.5 blocks to the Alley 3 kayak launch area. The Tybee Tiki-Hut is the ultimate finishing touch. Blend your margaritas (or smoothies ~ we won’t judge!) and enjoy a little island style right here!

Three short blocks from the 12th Street beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. 2nd Avenue is the main bike street on Tybee, so this cottage is perfect for family bike rides.

Two Mermaids is a beautiful Mediterranean style luxury condo at the Brass Rail condo community on the south end of Tybee and on the beach side of Butler Avenue. This adorable condo is full of beachy decor and local art. It’s funky and fun! It has a great beach/ocean view from your private balcony as well as seating on the balcony. This is the perfect spot for reading and relaxing.
