Yes, it’s cold and that’s why we love our Tybee bun warmers. It may be downright freezing where you are, but on Tybee one thing’s for sure. The sun will come out tomorrow. Canty’s Cottage in Tybee Island is one of our most popular cottages for Girls Getaways, family gatherings and couples retreats. This circa 1957 charmer is vintage, yet freshly painted and updated. This mid century modern island home belongs to Mary Elizabeth Canty. She and her family have enjoyed it since her childhood.

Built in the 1950’s and completely restored with Central AC and all the modern conveniences, this ground level, pet friendly home features a large fully fenced back and side yards with views of the Back River. Just 1.5 blocks to the Alley III kayak launch area, it’s just the right location for when you want to enjoy the beach and the Back River, too.

Happy Holidays in Tybee begin with a stay at The Shrimp circa 1962. Ever since this cute and cozy cottage was featured in the January 2009 Coastal Living it has been booked for all seasons.

This island charmer sits directly across the street from Memorial Park where wonderful family fun activites begin. The park includes a large children’s playground, tennis courts, outdoor volleyball and basketball courts. The beach is a short three block walk through the park.
