Legend has it that the heart of this cozy cottage was once a barracks on Fort Screven, built in 1930, then moved to the current site in the 1950s. Pelican Dive is perfect for a family trip, a group of traveling friends, or even a personal retreat. This home is ground level also, making it a great choice for anyone wishing to avoid a lot of stair climbing. There’s even off street parking to enjoy!
Your cottage retreat puts you in the wonderful Back River area, close to the 15th Street beach on the South End, the beautiful Back River area, Back River beach, fishing pier, and the Alley 3 Kayak launch.
