Dutton-Waller Cottage circa 1938 June 10-12
This historic Tybee raised cottage was built by Mrs. Waller as her family summer home. It has been beautifully restored and sits proudly along the Back River District. You’ll have a very easy walk to AJ’s Dockside, Alley Three Kayak Launch and the Back River Fishing Pier. Enjoy the fenced- in yard and the house full of local art!
Eisenhower’s Retreat circa 1894 June 4-6 and June 27 & 28
- This beautiful, historic beach cottage is located on the beach side of Butler Avenue which means no roads to cross to get to the beach. It has four bedrooms and three full baths. Simple, elegant, cozy, nostalgic. This is a summer cottage where you will make special beach vacation memories!
- Fiddler on the Creek circa 1940 June 11 & 12
- This is a true cottage for serious cottage lovers. It’s small, charming, authentic, a place to relax, unwind and to escape to a slower time. It’s pet-friendly and has a covered dock directly on the salt marsh. This is a cozy little cottage brimming with coastal cottage charm!

- Take in the amazing marsh views. The third floor screen porch offers incredible views of the marsh. This is the place for great bird watching (and even dolphins in the wintertime!). You’ll enjoy plenty of space to spread out which makes it perfect for families!

- Sea Largo is just two blocks from the 12th Street beach. It’s pet-friendly with a fenced-in yard and it has a large screened porch, as well as a wonderful deck beneath the oaks.
