Whitecaps, circa 1897 June 12 & 13
This elegant, historic Officer’s Row home was built in 1897. It’s just steps from the beach and you’ll enjoy ocean views from the front porch. It’s also very close to Jaycee Park and with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your beach vacation!
Shore Leave June 18 & 19
This seaside beauty is only one block to family-friendly 13th Street Beach. There’s also a wonderful large front deck overlooking Butler Ave.
Sea Largo circa 1960 June 18 & 19
Sea Largo is two blocks from the 12th Street beach. It’s pet-friendly with a fenced-in yard. There’s even a large screened porch, as well as wonderful deck beneath the oaks.

You’ll love this most unique cottage full of vintage art and wonderful personal touches. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the North Beach. It’s also pet-friendly with small fenced yard.
Horsepen Creek Cottage & Dock circa 1949 June 29 & 30
- This ground level, four bedroom cottage is perfect for families or Girls Getaways. You’ll enjoy your own private dock directly on Horsepen Creek where you can enjoy bird watching, crabbing, and fishing right off the dock. There’s even a fenced yard for our pet guests.

- Get ready for amazing marsh views and it’s just five short blocks from the beach. The third floor screen porch offers incredible views of the marsh. This is a great place for bird watching (and even dolphins in the wintertime!) with plenty of space perfect for families.
- Dutton-Waller Cottage circa 1938 June 11 & 12
- This historic Tybee raised cottage was built by Mrs. Waller as her family’s summer home. Beautifully restored and located in the Back River District, it’s a very easy walk to AJ’s, Alley Three Kayak Launch and the Back River Fishing Pier.
- Cottage on the Green ” B ” circa 1929 June 22 & 23
- Talk about style, this charmer has a screened porch and a separate sleeping porch! Of course, you love the extra cute outdoor shower!
