A life well lived

Thank you for all of you who’ve called and emailed about my step dad…

One of the things our family decided to do was send out a special card to thank everyone for their support and love during such a sad time in our family’s life. My cousin Nancy and her family did this when her dad- My Uncle Lynn died last year. I was struck at how beautiful a gesture this was and how much this helped.

These are pictures of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. One of Bob’s last projects was the Morgan County WV World War ll Memorial. This sits in downtown Berkeley Springs- a town he lived his entire life.

A Life Well Lived

Our sorrow at Bob’s passing is made bearable by our happy and loving memories of his great joy and zest for life.
He loved his family, his friends and his beloved Berkeley Springs.

We will always cherish our years with Bob and that we were able to be part of such an extraordinary life.
Thank you for your love, friendship and Support.

With love, the family of Bob Hawvermale

  1. Thy dawn, O Master of the World, thy dawn; For thee the sunlight creeps across the lawn, For thee the ships are drawn down to the waves, For thee the markets throng with myriad slaves, For thee the hammer on the anvil rings, For thee the poet of beguilement sings.
