Nest 2 hatched at 12:30AM on Sunday morning with 40 hatchlings making it to the ocean!
Here’s another great youtube video of a loggerhead nest hatching from last summer on a beach in North Carolina. It starts out a little slow, like all nest hatchings, but stick with it- you’ll love watching the “turtle boil” when all the babies start popping out and then head towards the sea.
