Welcome to 1212 Venetian Drive on Tybee Island, home to the beautiful Tybee Tides Cottage! Originally built in the 1930’s as a fish camp, this very basic fish shack has been completely restored. The home is filled with wonderful regional and local art and was even the feature home of the 2007 Tybee Tour of Homes. The location on the Back River side of the island means you are on a cozy, quiet street, but still close to everything our wonderful little island has to offer. Leave the car behind and walk or ride your bike. At Tybee Tides, you are mere minutes from the fabulous A-J’s Dockside Restaurant; only the best local seafood around! If meals at home are more your speed, enjoy your home’s  fully equipped kitchen (or outdoor gas grill!) after a trip to the Tybee Market, just two short minutes from your door. You’ll find everything you need waiting for you at Tybee Tides!

Your cottage sits directly across the street from Tybee Island’s beautiful marsh, with sunset viewing at its very best! Tybee Tides has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps up to seven people very comfortably. Have a big group and need a little more space? Tybee Tides is next door to Doodlebug Cottage and right in front of Fish Camp Cottage, making it an ideal set-up for multiple families or groups of friends to vacation together, but have their own personal space.

Your cottage is also pet friendly, so don’t you dare leave them behind! What is a family vacation without your best friend? Bring them along and enjoy the large fenced-in yard and sunny island days.
